Our wedding packages include a professional planner who can help you choose the right vendors for you! If you are already under contract with a licensed and insured planner/coordinator, please let us know so our package pricing can reflect this!

Choosing your package

House of Assembly Events offers two different types of wedding packages.The first type includes the venue and a professional planner. These packages work great for couples who would like to choose their own vendor team (regulations apply) and include more planning services along the way.
The second type has proven to be the most popular option for couples. These are our unique all-inclusive packages. Our all-inclusive options eliminate the stresses of wedding planning by including a professional vendor team that make the magic happen, as well as giving you a choice of caterers! These packages still allow the couple’s style preference and colors for the wedding of your dreams and make managing your wedding budget much easier.
We always recommend booking a tour to discuss your vision so we can offer the best options for you!

Availability

Please inquire for available dates and more information. Feb – Apr & Oct – Nov: Fridays and Saturdays are reserved for full weddings or premium package events until 3 months prior. Prices may differ for weekdays depending on your package. If you are booking a wedding within a 4-month timeframe, all-inclusive packages are required. We do not offer availability on major holidays. The Carriage House barn and GateHouse building are air-conditioned, however, packages for under 50 are preferred for events from June- to September for the comfort of our guests.

Full Wedding Day Packages

Covered Carriage: All-inclusive package that is priced for up to 80 people, with the option to add-on guests for up to 130. This all-inclusive was designed to create beautiful a wedding day that is customized to your style, all while easily staying within a budget with a professional vendor team including their basic services.
White Coach Wedding:  Premium full wedding package for up to 130 guests
Carriage Marriage:  Full wedding package for up to 130 guests
Rustic Romance:  Full wedding package for up to 50 guests
Simply Celebrate: All-inclusive, pre-designed wedding for up to 50 guests; Designs are available seasonally
House of Assembly Wedding: All-Inclusive, pre-designed Micro-Wedding for up to 25 guests.

Reception/Dinner Packages

White Coach Wishes: Premium cocktail hour & reception for up to 130 guests 
Wagons and Wishes: Reception for up to 130 guests 
Coachman’s Supper: Reception for up to 50 guests 
Garden Reception: Seated event in the garden for up to 40 guests (outdoor event) 

Ceremony Packages

Carriages and Commitments: Ceremony & cocktail hour for up to 130 guests 
Secret Garden Elopement: Elopement ceremony with choice of cocktail hour for 20 guests 
Glamour in the Garden: All-Inclusive “Minimony” for up to 20 guests 
Garden Party Wedding: All-inclusive ceremony and cocktail party reception (not a traditional seated dinner reception) for up to 130 people ">

Hearts and Carts: Shower in the garden for up to 50 guests
