The Carriage House Packages

Guest Count

The Carriage House accommodates up to 130 guests for a full wedding event including a ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, however lower guest counts provides a more comfortable environment. The venue's layout enables a diverse use of the space for anything from intimate elopements to larger celebrations.

Event Planner/Coordinator

Our wedding packages include a professional planner who can help you choose the right vendors for you! If you are already under contract with a licensed and insured planner/coordinator, please let us know so our package pricing can reflect this!

Vendors

The Carriage House allows any licensed and insured wedding team for your other vendors, however, we highly recommend checking out our preferred list to help you choose your team who are most familiar with our spaces. Check out our favorite vendors who we know and trust at benable.com/HOAEWe do not allow DIY setups at this venue. We want our couples to get ready for their big day while a team gets the venue ready for you!If you already have a planner (and/or other vendors) under contract, please inquire with House of Assembly Events to check if they are approved.Our partnered planner is Simply Weddings by Amanda. House of Assembly Events offers two different types of wedding packages.

All-inclusive option vs non-inclusive options: Which works better for you?

All-inclusive options:* Most popular option by far for couples. Our all-inclusive options eliminate the stresses of wedding planning by including a professional vendor team that are familiar with the venue and make the magic happen. These packages give you a choice of several caterers. Vendors, styling, decorating, dinnerware, and coordinating are all already included. These packages still allow the couple’s style preference and colors for the wedding of your dreams and make managing your wedding budget and confusing details much easier.

Non-all-inclusive options: Include the venue, venue necessities such as tables, chairs, etc., and a professional planner. These packages work great for couples who would like to choose their own vendor team (regulations apply) and would like more planning services along the way. These packages do Not include other vendors, dinnerware, decor or decorating, which typically make these options pricier in the end than choosing an all-inclusive option. Non-all-inclusive packages is best suited for couples who have vendors already under contract who are not on the all-inclusive packages or who have specific, unique wedding wishes.

Availability may depend on your chosen package.

If you are booking a wedding within a 4-month timeframe, all-inclusive packages are required.

We are a family run business and do not offer availability on major holidays. Holiday weekend fees may apply.

The Carriage House barn, Gate House and Suites are air-conditioned, however, packages for under 50 are preferred for events from June to early September for the comfort of our guests.

The Carriage House is not booking weddings and events in the month of December starting in 2025.

Day-of Preparation

The Carriage House provides two dressing suites, a caterers' kitchen and prep area, and vendor and guest parking lots.

 

Full Wedding Day Packages

Covered Coach: High-end, all-inclusive full wedding package that is priced for up to 130 guests. This is a unique package, giving you a wide range of options for dinnerware and lavish florals to suit your style, as well as including a professional team of wedding vendors' premium services. In other words, it’s a high-end gorgeous wedding that was easy to plan! This package is especially popular for destination weddings with 50+ guests.

Covered Carriage: All-inclusive full wedding package that is priced for up to 80 people, with the option to add on guests for up to 130. This all-inclusive was designed to create a beautiful wedding day that is customized to your style, all while easily staying within a budget with a professional vendor team including their basic services. This is our most popular package!

White Coach Wedding: Premium full wedding package for up to 130 guests; non-all-inclusive(venue and planner only)

Carriage Marriage Wedding: Full wedding package for up to 130 guests; non-all-inclusive(venue and planner only)

Garden Party Wedding:Unique all-inclusive wedding package that is a ceremony+ cocktail party reception (rather than a seated dinner reception). This package allows the couple and guests to have a wedding day including a ceremony, finger food, lounge seating, drinks, dancing, special dances, cake cutting, etc. in a social party environment rather than a traditional structured dinner reception. This saves the couple money on providing full meals for every guest, as well as the number of tables, dinnerware, chairs, and centerpieces.This package still includes the garden and barn, and is very popular for couples looking to party under a budget with a larger guest count, as well as for vow renewals or anniversaries.

Simply Celebrate: All-inclusive, pre-designed wedding for up to 50 guests; Design list available via inquiry and photos can be found on our Facebook page in the albums. We teamed up with Simply Weddings by Amanda for our Simply Celebrate packages, which were designed to create beautifully decorated and detailed wedding days available in pre-designed themes and including a professional wedding team, with your choice of catering from a list! These vary in price slightly depending on florals and decor involved, and are slightly personalized to each couple so no wedding looks the same.

Micro-wedding Simply Celebrate: All-inclusive, pre-designed wedding for up to 25 guests; Design list available via inquiry and photos can be found on our Facebook page in the albums. We teamed up withSimplyWeddings by Amanda for our Simply Celebrate packages, which were designed to create beautifully decorated and detailed wedding days available in pre-designed themes and including a professional wedding team, with your choice of catering from a list! These vary in price slightly depending on florals and decor involved, and are slightly personalized to each couple so no wedding looks the same. This micro-wedding utilizes our beautiful Elizabeth Room for dinner.

White Coach Wishes All-Inclusive Reception:High-end, all-inclusive cocktail hour and reception package that is priced for up to 130 guests. This package gives you a wide range of options for dinnerware and lavish florals to suit your style, as well as including a professional team of wedding vendors' premium services.

Wagons & Wishes:Reception for up to 130 guests; non-all-inclusive(venue and planner only). This package includes the basic needs of a wedding reception from the venue, making it buildable for the rest of your wishes.

Covered Wagon: All-inclusive version of our basic wedding reception package, Wagons & Wishes. A simple and beautiful reception with stress-free planning.

Coachman's Wedding Reception: Reception for up to 50 people; non-all-inclusive*All-inclusive version available

Carriages & Commitments:Ceremony & cocktail hour for up to 150 guests; non-all-inclusive

Secret Garden Elopement:Ceremony for up to 25 guests; non-all-inclusive

Secret Garden Minimony: All-inclusive ceremony for up to 25 guests. Includes a ceremony coordinator, ceremony music, ceremony florals, photographer, hair and make-up, bridal suite, and optional officiant. Option to add-on a cocktail hour.

REHEARSAL DINNER, SHOWER & WEDDING SOCIAL PACKAGES

Wagons & Wishes: Reception for up to 130 guests; non-all-inclusive(venue and planner only). This package includes the basic needs of a dinner reception from the venue, making it buildable for the rest of your wishes.

Stagecoach:Brunch, luncheon, or rehearsal dinner for up to 50 guests *All-inclusive version available

Stable Social:Cocktail event for up to 150 guests *All-inclusive version available

Hearts & Carts:Shower or Engagement Party for up to 50 guests *All-inclusive version available

Garden Tea Party:Brunch or lunch for up to 30 people on the garden patio. The Barn is not included in this package. Not available in June-August.
