Guest Count
The Assembly Room at Art ‘n Motion accommodates up to 170 guests for a full wedding event including a ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, however lower guest counts provides a more comfortable environment. The venue's layout enables a diverse use of the space for anything from intimate elopements to larger celebrations.
Event Planner/Coordinator
Our wedding packages include a professional coordinator who can help you choose the right vendors for you! If you are already under contract with an approved planner/coordinator from our required list, please let us know so our package pricing can reflect this!
Vendors
The Assembly Room allows any licensed and insured wedding team for your other vendors, however, we highly recommend checking out our preferred list to help you choose your team due to the uniqueness of this venue. Check out our favorite vendors who we know and trust at benable.com/HOAEWe do not allow DIY setups at this venue. All-inclusive option vs non-inclusive options: Which works better for you?
All-inclusive options:*Most popular option by far for couples. Our all-inclusive options eliminate the stresses of wedding planning by including a professional vendor team that are familiar with the venue and make the magic happen. These packages give you a choice of several caterers. Vendors, styling, decorating, dinnerware, and coordinating are all already included. These packages still allow the couple’s style preference and colors for the wedding of your dreams and make managing your wedding budget and confusing details much easier.

Non-all-inclusive options:Includes the venue, venue necessities such as tables, chairs, linens, etc., and a professional planner. These packages work great for couples who would like to choose their own vendor team (regulations apply) and would like more planning services along the way. This package does Not include other vendors, dinnerware, decor or decorating, which typically makes this option pricier in the end than choosing an all-inclusive option. This package is best suited for couples who have vendors already under contract who are not on the all-inclusive packages or who have specific, unique wedding wishes.

This is a unique package, giving you a wide range of options for dinnerware and lavish florals to suit your style, as well as including a professional team of wedding vendors' premium services. In other words, it’s a high-end gorgeous wedding that was easy to plan! This package is especially popular for destination weddings with 50+ guests.
Classic Car: All-inclusive full wedding package that is priced for up to 100 people, with the option to add on guests for up to 150. This all-inclusive was designed to create a beautiful wedding day that is customized to your style, all while easily staying within a budget with a professional vendor team including their basic services.
White Glove Wedding: Premium full wedding package for up to 170 guests; non-all-inclusive (venue and planner only)
Gran Torino:Unique all-inclusive wedding package that is a ceremony+ cocktail party reception (rather than a seated dinner reception). This package allows the couple and guests to have a wedding day including a ceremony, finger food, lounge seating, drinks, dancing, special dances, cake cutting, etc. in a social party environment rather than a traditional structured dinner reception. This saves the couple money on providing full meals for every guest, as well as the number of tables, dinnerware, chairs, and centerpieces.This package is very popular for couples looking to party under a budget with a larger guest count, as well as for vow renewals or anniversaries.
Simply Celebrate: All-inclusive, pre-designed wedding for up to 50 guests; Design list available via inquiry and photos can be found on our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/assemblyroomevents in the albums. We teamed up withSimplyWeddings by Amanda for our Simply Celebrate packages, which were designed to create beautifully decorated and detailed wedding days available in pre-designed themes and including a professional wedding team, with your choice of catering from a list! These vary in price slightly depending on florals and decor involved, and are slightly personalized to each couple so no wedding looks the same.
Micro-wedding Simply Celebrate: All-inclusive, pre-designed wedding for up to 25 guests; Design list available via inquiry and photos can be found on our Facebook page in the albums. We teamed up with Simply Weddings by Amanda for our Simply Celebrate packages, which were designed to create beautifully decorated and detailed wedding days available in pre-designed themes and including a professional wedding team, with your choice of catering from a list! This micro-wedding utilizes our beautiful Elizabeth Room for dinner.

Classic Celebration: Reception for up to 65 people using the Classic Room and The Elizabeth Room. *All-inclusive version available
Elizabeth Room Reception: All-inclusive reception for up to 25 guests using The Elizabeth Room for dinner, and The Classic for dancing and reception festivities.

Amanda is a professional event planner and stylist who can simply help take the stresses off of event coordinating and lead you in the right direction, or can fully plan and execute an intricate event with her expertise. Simply Weddings by Amanda is included in our wedding packages, but not in our other event packages. Feel free to reach out to either of us to add her to your special event!
