Event Planner/Coordinator

Our wedding packages include a professional coordinator who can help you choose the right vendors for you! If you are already under contract with an approved planner/coordinator from our required list, please let us know so our package pricing can reflect this!

Vendors

The Assembly Room allows any licensed and insured wedding team for your other vendors, however, we highly recommend checking out our preferred vendor's list to help you choose your team due to the uniqueness of this venue. Check out our favorite vendors who we know and trust at benable.com/HOAE

Choosing your package

House of Assembly Events offers two different types of wedding packages. The first type includes the venue and a professional planner. These packages work great for couples who would like to choose their own vendor team (regulations apply) and include more planning services along the way.
The second type has proven to be the most popular option for couples. These are our unique all-inclusive packages. Our all-inclusive options eliminate the stresses of wedding planning by including a professional vendor team that makes the magic happen, as well as giving you a choice of caterers! These packages still allow the couple’s style preference and colors for the wedding of your dreams and make managing your wedding budget much easier.
We always recommend booking a tour to discuss your vision so we can offer the best options for you!

Availability

Please inquire about available dates and more information. Feb – Apr & Oct – Nov: Fridays and Saturdays are reserved for full weddings or premium package events until 3 months prior. Prices may differ for weekdays depending on your package. If you are booking a wedding within a 4-month timeframe, all-inclusive packages are required. We do not offer availability on major holidays.

Full Wedding Day Packages

Rolls Royce: All-inclusive, premium full wedding package that is priced for up to 150 guests. This is a unique, high-end all-inclusive package, giving you a wide range of options for dinnerware and lavish florals to suit your style, as well as including a professional team of wedding vendors' premium services. In other words, it’s a high-end gorgeous wedding that was easy to plan! This package is especially popular for destination weddings with 50+ guests.
Classic Car: All-inclusive package that is priced for up to 100 people, with the option to add on guests for up to 150. This all-inclusive was designed to create beautiful a wedding day that is customized to your style, all while easily staying within a budget with a professional vendor team including their basic services.
White Glove Wedding: Premium full wedding package for up to 170 guests
Cufflinks and Classics:  Full wedding package for up to 100 guests
Simply Celebrate: All-inclusive, pre-designed wedding for up to 50 guests; Designs are available seasonally.
Model A Wedding: All-Inclusive, pre-designed Micro-Wedding for up to 25 guests

White Glove Reception: Premium cocktail hour & reception for up to 170 guests
Reception with the Collection: Reception for up to 170 guests
Tires and Toasts: Reception for up to 50 guests
Elizabeth Room Reception: Reception for up to 25 guests

Ceremony Packages

Vehicles and Vows: Ceremony & cocktail hour for up to 200 guests 
Classic Elopement: Ceremony for up to 20 guests.
Gran Torino: All-inclusive ceremony and cocktail party reception (not a traditional seated dinner reception) for up to 170 people

REHEARSAL DINNER, SHOWER AND WEDDING SOCIAL PACKAGES

Classic Celebration: Brunch, luncheon, or rehearsal dinner for up to 65 guests
Wheels and Wishes: Shower or Engagement Party for up to 50 guests
Cars and Cocktails: Cocktail event for up to 200 guests 
Cars and Coffee: Can be used as a seated for up to 25 people or social event for up to 40 people
